Ticket Policies

Authorized Ticket Vendors

Tickets for events held in The McKnight Center, including performances by Oklahoma State University's Greenwood School of Music, can be purchased online at McKnightCenter.org , over the phone at (405) 744-9999, or in-person at 705 W University Ave. The Box Office is open Monday-Friday, 12PM-6PM.

Beware of third-party ticket sellers! A ticket purchased through any other source cannot be guaranteed for its validity and may not allow you access to the event. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a higher price than that appearing on the ticket is a violation of our policy and is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund. The McKnight Center does not replace tickets purchased through an individual or any other secondary market. 

 

Ticket Fees

All tickets purchased for an event at the McKnight Center include a 10-20% fee and sales tax (9.313%) 
Greenwood School of Music tickets include a $2 fee.
Subscription orders include a process fee of $10 per bundle. 

 

Payments, Refunds, and Ticket Insurance

The McKnight Center accepts cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for payment. Checks are accepted for subscription purchases only.

Artists, events, times and prices are subject to change without notice.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or retroactive discounts.  It is the sole responsibility of the guest to verify the accuracy of the sale before completion.

Tickets purchased as part of a subscription package can be refunded up to one month prior to the first performance date.

Optional Booking Refund Protection is available through Booking Protect and can be added on to any purchase. Refund Protection must be purchased at the time of order and cannot be purchased retroactively. Click HERE to view the terms and conditions for Booking Refund Protection. Ticket Donations

Tickets may be donated back to The McKnight Center. Tickets can be donated for re-sale or can be designated as a complimentary ticket for OSU student use. Tickets donated for re-sale are eligible for a tax-deductible contribution. Donation options are available up until 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Donation requests should be made to the Box Office. Tickets released later than 24 hours before the event will not be issued a tax-deductible letter. Discounts

Discount availability and pricing vary by event. Discounts cannot be combined and are valid on new purchases only. Promo codes must be entered before purchasing tickets. Some discounts require logging into an existing customer account before purchasing tickets.

Season subscribers enjoy a 5% discount when purchasing additional tickets to most events. Subscribers must log in to the customer account associated with the subscription order to automatically access the discount.

Student Rush tickets are sold shortly before a performance at a reduced price. Seats are based on availability. For most McKnight Center performances, student rush tickets are available day of show with a valid student I.D. Tickets must be purchased in person and are limited to two (2) tickets per OSU student. Prices may vary. Ticket fees and sales tax apply. There is no guarantee that rush tickets will be available for a particular event.

 

Admission & Late Seating

Everyone, including children of any age, must have an individual ticket to enter the theater. Small children may sit in your lap, but occupancy regulations for the center require everyone to have their own individual ticket. All tickets must be scanned upon entry to the theater and tickets may be scanned only once.

The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts and Oklahoma State University reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue, to request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and/or to take any appropriate action to enforce these rights.

The house opens 30 minutes prior to curtain time. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to manage parking, will-call, coat check, concession purchases etc.

Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may not be seated until an appropriate moment in the show or asked to sit in a different location than printed on the ticket.

 

Ticket Delivery Methods

  • Mail - Tickets selected for mail are processed within three business days from the time of the order and include a $1.50 mailing fee. Tickets must be booked at least ten business days prior to the event in order to qualify for mailing delivery. Tickets are sent to the address specified during the checkout process. Guests should always ensure that the proper shipping address is provided during checkout. Shipping is not available for overseas addresses.
  • Will-Call - Tickets will be available at the Lou and Jim Morris Box Office two hours before the start of the show. Guests will need a photo I.D. to claim their tickets. Tickets may only be picked up by the person whose name is designated at the time of purchase.
  • Email or Download - Electronic ticket delivery is available on most orders. This will provide you with a digital ticket to show on your mobile device or allow you to print at home.
 

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

Lost or misplaced tickets may be reprinted. Contact the Box Office at (405) 744-9999 or info@mcknightcenter.org to obtain duplicate tickets. Reprinted tickets cannot be mailed and must be picked up at Will-Call or emailed.
