The McKnight Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. We do not accept checks, Apple Pay, or bursar payments.

Bag policies vary by performance. If there are bag policy restrictions, they will be listed on the individual event page, and guests will be notified via email.

The Lou and Jim Morris Box Office is located in the center of the lobby. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 12PM-6PM and two hours prior to McKnight Center performances. The Lou and Jim Morris Box Office opens one hour prior to Greenwood School of Music events. Please note that the Box Office is closed in the event of a campus closure.

Professional cameras are strictly prohibited at the Center. Photography policies vary by artist, and signs will be posted in the event photography is prohibited.

In the event of a cancellation or postponed event, guests will be notified by email, call, and/or text message with further instructions.

Children under five years of age are not admitted unless otherwise stated. All patrons including children, regardless of age, must have a ticket and sit in a seat. Lap seating is not permitted. As a courtesy to other patrons and the performers, please bear in mind that it is not appropriate for small children to attend symphony, ballet, and other performances where silence is necessary to fully enjoy the performance.

Coat check is available to event attendees. Coat check is located in the East Lobby, to the right of the Grand Staircase.

Beverages are offered in the East and West lobby before performances and at intermission. Beverages are not allowed inside the performance hall unless it is in a McKnight Center cup with a closed lid. Outside food and beverage is prohibited.

To request a donation for an upcoming event or fundraiser benefiting a non-profit organization, please submit a Request Form at least 30 days prior to the event. Requests are reviewed on a monthly basis.

There is no specific dress code required to attend McKnight Center events. Many of our guests may enjoy dressing up to go to the theater, but you will see people wearing everything from casual to Sunday best or formal wear. We want you to feel comfortable.

Exchanges can only be made for multi-date performances. Performances must have the same programming. Fees may apply. Same seating not guaranteed.

The McKnight Center offers gift certificates of any value. Please call the Lou and Jim Morris Box Office (M-F, 12PM-6PM) at (405) 744-9999 to purchase a gift certificate.

To redeem, you may contact the box office, or complete the steps listed below.
- Login to your McKnight Center account
- Select tickets to the performances you would like to attend
- At checkout, select "Use Gift Certificate or Account Credit"
- Enter your gift certificate number, redemption number, and amount you would like to use. Click "Continue"
- Complete your order and enjoy the show!

Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may not be seated until an appropriate moment in the show or asked to sit in a different location than printed on the ticket.

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at the Lou and Jim Morris Box Office, or the nearest staff member. For inquiries following an event, please call (405) 744-9999 , or email us at info@mcknightcenter.org .

Parking is available for a fee in the 4th Avenue Garage, with entrances on S Ramsey St and W 4th Ave. The garage opens for McKnight Center guests two hours prior to showtime. Parking on the day of the event is $15 per vehicle. If paying on the day of, please park on level 1 and use the meters to pay for event parking. The meters accept credit card and cash (exact change only) payments. Advance parking may be purchased for $10.

Please note that The McKnight Center does not own the 4th Avenue Parking Garage.

Service animals (dogs) for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including emotional support animals, are prohibited. All service animals (dogs) must always remain under the control of the handler.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or retroactive discounts. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to verify the accuracy of the sale before completion.

Tickets purchased as part of a subscription package can be refunded up to one month prior to the first performance date.

Optional Booking Refund Protection is available through Booking Protect and can be added on to any purchase. Refund Protection must be purchased at the time of order and cannot be purchased retroactively.

Tickets selected for Will Call can be picked up any time before the performance. Will Call is located at the Lou and Jim Morris Box Office in the center of the lobby. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 12PM-6PM and two hours prior to McKnight Center events.
